What is a Russian manicure?
A Russian manicure is a dry manicure focused on detailed cuticle care. Nails are shaped and prepped, and the cuticle area is carefully cleaned with an e-file instead of soaking, for a very clean, neat finish. You can finish it with regular polish, no-chip gel color, or a hard gel overlay for extra strength.
